Our estimated processing time is 3-5 business days. Estimated shipping time is 5-7 business days.

** these are estimates, and production may take longer based on order size and quantity but we try our best to get them to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Because you matter to use we want you to be happy with your purchase we will happily accept exchanges on products that have a manufactured default or were damaged during shipping. Please contact info@theroamingcandleco.com with any questions or concerns.

Sorry but we can not cancel orders that have already been submitted. For Returns, contact within 7 days of delivery, and ship within 14 days of delivery. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items (unless they arrive damaged or defective):

• Clearance Items

• Sale items

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
